Aliaja S. Sok-Tim is a certified personal trainer, specializing in performance training. He has over 15 years of experience in basketball, having played at the collegiate level in the Réseau du Sport Étudiant du Québec (RSEQ), as well as over 8 years of experience in fitness conditioning and sports performance.

Sok-Tim is known for his positive attitude and optimistic spirit. His mastery of the vertical jump is one of his greatest strengths. Even though you may not have been born with exceptional genetic predispositions, Aliaja’s training and research demonstrate that such results are attainable. He has honed his skills to become the exceptional athlete he is today.

His extensive experience in basketball has provided him with invaluable knowledge in the realm of athleticism-specific training and rehabilitation. His expertise extends to aiding athletes in overcoming physical constraints.

Aliaja has many years of experience working with youth and is highly involved in his community. Through his coaching, he imparts valuable life lessons and wisdom, encouraging his clients to overcome life’s challenges despite obstacles.
